Based on the video evidence from "The Incredible Dr. Pol," a DVM named Dr. Eden Myers complained in 2014 about Dr. Pol's care of a Boston Terrier named Mr. Pigglesworth. After failing to establish Dr. Pol's care for the horse (complaint from 2015) or dog (complaint from 2013) as being negligent or incompetent, the court rendered a decision in Dr. Pol's favor. Dr. Pol was placed on probation in 2018 when the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) disregarded the court's ruling.
