Elizabeth and her husband, like any other family, were in the Christmas spirit, and Robert had been drinking vodka and booze all day. Elizabeth delivered Grammer a note after a particularly heated exchange between the two. Butorphanol, a Schedule IV drug, in a volume of 5 ml.
