Chase Landry was born on April 25, 1989 making him 33 years old as of 2022. His mother Bernita Landry and father Troy Landry raised him in Pierre Part, Los Angeles. He grew up with two brothers Jacob Landry and Brandon Landry. Chase was born to one of the best alligator hunters in the world and the hunter blood runs in his family. His grandparents were fishermen and seafood distributors. Brother Rumored to be Death 

When his step brother Brandon stopped appearing on Swamp People and stayed off the media, rumors about his death started to spread because of his health or accidents which were completely false. As it turns out, Brandon has decided to leave the hunting life and now lives his own life with his now girlfriend Sheli Lynn Pavlick(Hotard) and two daughter Miley and Rayne. According to his profile on Facebook, Brandon began working as an estimating manager at Conrad Shipyard in Morgan City, Louisiana, in December 2013 and continues to do so.

Father Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer  

In 2022, the father of Chase Landry, Troy Landry was diagnosed with prostate cancer but at the age of 62, this stout-hearted man went through prostate removal surgery and beat the cancer.

“Surgery went good. No more prostate. It was ate up with cancer. Dr Alexander and his crew are doing a awesome job. Hopeing to go home Tom. Special thanks to miss dotty and all our fans for all the prayers and kind words.”

says Troy on his Facebook post and the comment section was flooded with the prayers and well-wishes. Chase Landry opened fire at a speeding boat in Bayou Chene, Louisiana. Chase was later arrested and taken for trial as a result of his action. Lets know the full story of his gunfire incident, what really happened and was he sent to jail?

In 2016, Chase was taken into custody at Bayou Chene, Louisiana, for unauthorized discharge of a firearm after firing at a speeding boat. According to Chase, he was out on a gator hunting mission when the speeding boat coming toward his boat refused to slow down, he then took a shot to the boat as he was afraid it would strike and sink his boat. After the incident, Chase Landry was called to Louisiana court on Monday December 07, 2017 for the start of the trial but Chase was not present on the trial day which made him a wanted man as the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

According to cops, the victim's shrimp boat got the brunt of the damage, spilling gasoline from what seemed to be a bullet hole. Chase and the boat took off, but officers eventually caught up with him while driving down a highway. They pulled him over and took him into custody for interrogation. Chase admitted to using a firearm. He was detained and arrested then. Almost quickly, the dispute was forgotten and no further details were made public after what happened to Chase or to the victim.
